Parameters

log	Logger, must not be NULL.
slog	Sink logger, must not be NULL.
registry	Binding registry, must not be NULL.
suggested_profiles	Suggested profiles, must not be NULL.
xdev	Device, must not be NULL.
override_device_name	Profile name to prefer before xdev->name, can be XRT_DEVICE_INVALID.
info	Binding information, must not be NULL.
